The purpose of this policy is to ensure transparency and fairness to all donors who support our mission. Since donations are used immediately to fund rescue operations, medical care, and shelter activities, we encourage donors to read this policy carefully before making a contribution.
2. Nature of Donations
- All donations made to Huraira Foundation are voluntary, non-refundable contributions to support our charitable activities.
- Once a donation is processed, it is allocated to ongoing or upcoming animal welfare initiatives — including rescue, shelter, medical treatment, awareness, and education programs.
- Donations can be made through our website, bank transfer, or other approved fundraising channels.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
As a general rule, donations are non-refundable. However, Huraira Foundation may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A duplicate donation made in error.
- An incorrect donation amount entered accidentally.
- A transaction error caused by technical issues or payment gateway failure.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and proof of transaction will be required.
4. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund:
- Send an email to donations@hurairafoundation.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include the following details:
- Full Name
- Donation Amount
- Date of Transaction
- Payment Reference Number
- Reason for Refund Request
- Our finance team will review the request and respond within 10–14 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the donation.
5. Refund Limitations
- Refunds will not be provided if the funds have already been utilized for the intended purpose.
- Donations made via third-party fundraising platforms (e.g., crowdfunding or event partners) are subject to their own refund policies.
- Refunds cannot be issued for anonymous donations where donor identity cannot be verified.
- Any transaction or service fees deducted by the payment processor may not be refundable.
6. Monthly or Recurring Donations
If you have enrolled in a recurring donation plan:
- You may cancel future payments at any time by contacting support@hurairafoundation.com at least 5 working days before the next scheduled donation date.
- Cancellations apply only to future donations; past contributions will not be refunded.
7. Tax Receipts and Documentation
- Official receipts are issued for all donations received.
- In the case of a refund, the donor must return or invalidate the receipt before the refund is processed to comply with tax and audit regulations.
- Huraira Foundation reserves the right to report and document all refunds for financial transparency.
8. Misuse or Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment details or a fraudulent transaction in the Foundation’s name:
- Contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

We take such matters seriously and will assist with verification and resolution.

All donations are used in accordance with the Foundation’s mission:
